Short version: we don't have a server, we don't have an account system, and we don't collect your personal data. Your songs live in your own iCloud Drive. Payments are handled by Apple. The App ships with no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
Nothing on our servers. Leganote does not operate a server that receives data about you. We have no account system, no email signup, no telemetry, no crash reporting SDK, no analytics SDK, and no advertising SDK.
The App does store and process the following on your device and in your own iCloud Drive:
When you buy Leganote Pro, Apple processes the payment and provides us, the developer, with anonymous aggregate sales reports through App Store Connect — for example, "10 units sold in Taiwan this week". We never receive your name, email, payment method, or any identifier that ties a purchase back to you.
Apple's own privacy policy applies to the App Store, iCloud, and any other Apple service you use to interact with the App. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
If you email zhiii0x@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write to us. We use this only to reply and to diagnose issues. We do not add you to any mailing list. We retain support emails only as long as needed to handle the issue and any reasonable follow-up.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and does not knowingly collect data from them. Because we don't collect personal data at all, there is nothing to delete; if a child has emailed support, a parent or guardian may write to zhiii0x@gmail.com to request deletion of that correspondence.
Because we do not maintain a database of users, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have emailed support, you may ask us to delete that correspondence at zhiii0x@gmail.com.
To delete the data the App stores on your device, uninstall the App. To delete the data stored in iCloud Drive, remove the Leganote folder from iCloud Drive (Files app → Browse → iCloud Drive → Leganote).
We do not embed Google Analytics, Firebase, Sentry, Crashlytics, Meta SDKs, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any other third-party analytics, advertising, or attribution SDK in the App.
We do not retain user data because we do not collect it. Your library remains in your iCloud Drive (or your device) for as long as you keep it there.
If we ever start collecting data — for example, by adding optional crash reporting — we will update this policy with a new "Last updated" date and announce the change in the App release notes before the data collection takes effect. Any analytics added in the future will be opt-in, not opt-out.
