By downloading or using the Curve mobile application ("Curve", "the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Curve on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Media Services Terms and the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Curve is intended only as a personal record-keeping tool. Curve does not provide veterinary advice, dosing guidance, diagnoses, or emergency monitoring. The graphs, summaries, and PDFs the app generates are based solely on what you log. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your animal. Never adjust insulin doses, change medications, or interpret symptoms based on anything the app shows you.
Curve will not raise alarms for hypoglycemia or any other medical emergency. If your cat shows signs of distress, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
Curve offers optional Pro plans purchased through Apple's App Store:
The auto-renewing subscription renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds for accidental or unwanted purchases are handled by Apple — see Apple's refund process. We do not process refunds directly because we do not see the transaction.
Pricing may differ in your local currency based on Apple's pricing tier conversions.
The 14-day free trial is offered once per Apple ID, on the Yearly plan only, and only if you have not previously subscribed to Curve Pro. To avoid being charged when the trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period concludes.

The Curve app, name, and branding are owned by the developer. The content you log into your local Curve database is yours.
Curve is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. This includes, without limitation, decisions you or your veterinarian make based on data the app helped you organise. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any failure of Curve to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price; Apple will have no further obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Curve at any time by uninstalling it; doing so does not automatically cancel any active subscription, which you must cancel separately in iOS Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the app for users who violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent a dispute is not subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, courts located in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction.
